"I was referred to you guys by my salesman at hales for younger children items due to them not stocking them. I sent email about what I wanted, and Christina from (Huron) was great. She did everything I asked and worked with me as I requested. Once I met her at dealership she was very friendly and patient since I had my boys with me. She went the extra mile to help with my questions or went to get the answer if she was unaware. I live hour and half away but dealing with her was well worth the trip. "At 50 yrs of age, I surprised my husband, a long time goldwing rider with my motorcycle temps. The first of May from a local dealer, he bought me a Can Am RS-S (sport) instead of the touring thinking we would only ride locally. After 6 weeks and 2100 miles we realized we wanted the touring. We could not even begin to work out a deal with the local dealer to trade ours in and get a touring, even considering I had 2 friends buy Spyders after me. On July 3rd I called J&J Sales and spoke with Christina. Within 2 hours, all over the phone, we worked out a deal. We made the 400 mile round trip on July 5 and picked up our 2012 RT-S. They were true to their word. We would like to thank J&J sales and Christina. "

"My experience with J&J was excellent. Unlike other dealers that jerked me around giving me promises they did not keep, J&J always did exactly what they said they were going to do. They have a lot of integrity. They found the bike I wanted and shipped it in for me, had it set up perfectly on the day I was to get it, and even installed my crash bars for me. It was a great experience buying my Suzuki DL650 ABS from them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike. It is worth traveling a bit (75 miles) to get a bike from them. I would buy my next bike from them even if I could get it here. Oh, yes, the price they sold it to me was excellent too. I was very pleased as you can tell, with the whole experience! Absolutely five stars."
